// WHY TORONTO
Why Toronto plumbers use Underdog Engine.
When a homeowner has water pouring through the ceiling, they don't leave a voicemail. They hang up and call the next plumber. Most plumbing shops lose more revenue to missed calls than to bad reviews. In Toronto, that pressure is amplified across the GTA, from Etobicoke to Scarborough to North York. The shop that picks up first books the job — and Underdog Engine answers in seconds, every time, on Eastern Time.
- Sunday and overnight emergencies go straight to voicemail — and to your competitor.
- Plumbers in the field can't answer the phone with their hands in a wall.
- Quote-shoppers tie up your office; real emergencies wait on hold.
- No record of who called, what they needed, or whether it was followed up.
