Underdog Creative Solutions started in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in a basement office, working with the kind of small businesses that get told "your budget's too small" by every big agency. Trades. Salons. Independent restaurants. Family-run service businesses.
We watched those businesses lose customers every single day — not because their service was bad, but because they couldn't pick up the phone while they were on a roof, under a sink, or with a client in the chair. So we built the AI Receptionist that solves that exact problem, and we surrounded it with the websites and content those businesses actually need to grow.
Today we work with clients across Canada, the United States, and beyond — but the mission hasn't changed: we build for the underdog.
