// WHY SASKATOON
Why Saskatoon plumbers use Underdog Engine.
When a homeowner has water pouring through the ceiling, they don't leave a voicemail. They hang up and call the next plumber. Most plumbing shops lose more revenue to missed calls than to bad reviews. In Saskatoon, that pressure is amplified from -40°C deep freezes to 35°C July days. The shop that picks up first books the job — and Underdog Engine answers in seconds, every time, on Central Standard Time.
- Sunday and overnight emergencies go straight to voicemail — and to your competitor.
- Plumbers in the field can't answer the phone with their hands in a wall.
- Quote-shoppers tie up your office; real emergencies wait on hold.
- No record of who called, what they needed, or whether it was followed up.
