AI Receptionist for Edmonton HVAC Companies
Edmonton winters push well past minus thirty with windchill, and when a cold snap hits, furnace failures spike across the whole city at once. Your office can't keep up with a manual phone line.
Local-feeling answer on your 780/587/825 number · Hours and on-call rules tuned to Mountain Time · Service-area boundaries set to your Edmonton radius.
// WHY EDMONTON
Why Edmonton HVAC shops choose Underdog Engine.
Deep freeze weeks stack no heat calls faster than any human dispatcher can pick them up. Older homes in Glenora and mature neighbourhoods generate the bulk, but new builds near the Henday call too. Underdog Engine answers on Mountain Time, triages the emergency, and pushes the job to your on call tech.
- No heat calls during a deep freeze come in faster than a small office can handle.
- After-hours emergency calls during extreme cold often go to voicemail and the homeowner calls a competitor.
- Older homes in mature Edmonton neighbourhoods generate more repair calls that get lost in the volume.
// WHAT CHANGES
What changes when the phone stops missing.
- Every no heat call gets answered immediately, any hour, any day.
- Emergency calls get flagged and dispatched without your office lifting a finger.
- Your schedule fills with booked jobs instead of missed call notifications.
